Types of Grape Juice
Juice Vinos y Bodegas, based in La Mancha, Spain, produces high-quality red and white grape juice destined for the food and beverage industry.
We also offer a line of 100% organic grape juice, certified and environmentally friendly.

The Origin of the Juice
Our juices are made exclusively from grapes grown in the lands of La Mancha, in mineral-rich soils and under a Mediterranean climate ideal for vine development.
We carefully select grapes from our own vineyards and from local growers, who work with sustainable practices and bring decades of experience in traditional viticulture.
The juice is obtained through the controlled interruption of the natural fermentation process, preserving all the properties of the grape without turning it into wine. To achieve this, we apply two complementary methods:

Pasteurization
The juice is heated to high temperatures for a short period of time, which sterilizes the product. It is then stored in aseptic tanks pressurized with nitrogen, avoiding contact with oxygen and blocking the activity of natural yeasts.
Cold Treatment
We also use refrigeration at 0 °C, where the juice is microfiltered and stored cold in sealed, pressurized tanks, ensuring preservation without fermentation.
This method also allows us to offer organic grape juices, free from aggressive thermal intervention and retaining all the natural properties of the fruit.

Capacity and Technology
Our industrial plant covers an area of more than 45,000 m² in the heart of La Mancha, with a total storage capacity of 75,000 tons.
We have aseptic tanks with a capacity of 13,000 tons for sulfite-free juices, along with advanced technical infrastructure that enables us to meet both small and large demands efficiently and consistently throughout the year.

Quality Control and Certifications
All our processes—from harvest to packaging—are subject to strict internal and external controls.
We operate our own analysis laboratory and undergo regular external audits, which have allowed us to obtain certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Organic Production (ES-ECO), Halal, and SGF.
Traceability, food safety, and commitment to quality are the fundamental pillars of our activity.
